Once You're There
We’re excited to share a few of our favorite places in the area with you
Winerys
This region is very well known for its sherry wines,
known internationally all over the globe.
Fun fact for whiskey lovers: The barrels used for sherry wine are often repurposed to make some amazing whiskeys, like Jameson!
We suggest you visit one of them
if you want to know what's the fuss all about.
Our recommendation is to visit Bodegas Gutierrez Colosia.
The price is reasonable and you get to try their whole selection of wines.
Bodegas Osborne is also nice to visit.
They are a bit more tourist as they are the most well-known.
You probably will recognise their bull symbol.

Get in touch with them in advance to know when they have tours in English and to ensure availability.

Catamaran to
Cádiz Capital
Cádiz Capital is a very historic city.
Spain's first constitution was signed here!
It’s also a cinematic gem. Known for its stunning architecture, golden beaches, and vibrant atmosphere. You might recognise it from some famous movies:
Die Another Day, where played a key role in the James Bond universe.
Its scenic beauty also caught the eye of Bollywood, featured in films like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara or Pathaan.
If you have time, we highly recommend a day trip to Cádiz to explore its charming narrow streets.
The best and most local way to get there is by taking the catamaran! The journey takes around 20 minutes and is cheaper than the train. Just make sure to grab your tickets in advance and check the return times to secure your spot.
If you miss the catamaran, don’t worry—the train station is right across from the harbour, so you can always take the train back.
